Integrated Training

We are partnering with the IDF and the non profit Frontline Emergency Medicine (F.E.M) to provide expertise in field training exercises.

Our goal is to select highly qualified volunteers from military and search and rescue backgrounds with applicable experience to travel to Israel and help conduct field training exercises.

These exercises will focus on knowledge sharing between our volunteers and partner forces to both strengthen the bond between us and Israel as well as improve understanding of casualty care in austere conditions such as combat or search and rescue operations.

We will assist in conducting simulation exercises in the field with IDF units that focus on triaging, resource management, and effective evacuation of casualties. We have also through partnership with F.E.M. coordinated a prolonged field care training document which we will use to help train providers on strategies in providing care if evacuation is delayed.

As we continue to be successful we’d like to eventually open opportunities to civilian providers to help partner with community response teams to assist in providing basic responder training and essential skills such as stop the bleed to civilians to help mitigate civilian casualties during this time.
